NHF Requirements

  1. Open a savings account with a registered Primary mortgage bank
  2. Contribution to the NHF for at least six months prior to application.
  3. Three years tax clearance certificate
  4. Completed mortgage loan application form from the Primary Mortgage bank
  5. Evidence of NHF participation
  6. Copy of payslips for the previous three months
  7. Evidence of Equity contribution
  8. Offer letter/Acceptance and Allocation letter
  9. In the case of a registered self-employed applicant, a copy of Articles and Memorandum of Association and a copy of Certificate of Incorporation as evidence of employment status must be submitted.
